Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 16 small size B red potatoes
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. dried basil
  • 1 T. dried oregano
  • 1 T. rosemary
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Wash red potatoes and quarter. Toss potatoes in olive oil and sprinkle with herbs and seasonings. Place on sheet pan and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until tender.
