Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 6-oz. can tomato paste
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 T. parsley
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 t. oregano
- 1/4 t. red pepper flakes, optional
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions

Place chicken breasts in a greased 8" square baking pan. In a saucepan, combine tomato paste, water, garlic and seasoning; bring to a boil. Pour over chicken.

Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.
