Chicken Sour Cream Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 8-oz. container sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 14-oz. can mild enchilada sauce
  • 1 10 3/4-oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
  • chopped lettuce
  • chopped tomato
  • chopped green onion

Directions

  1. Combine soup and sour cream; add chicken and 1 cup cheese. Fill tortillas and mix and roll. Place seam side down in 9×13 pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and cook 15 minutes more.

  2. Serve with chopped lettuce, green onions, and tomatoes.
