cheddar Jalapeno Scalloped potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 baking potatoes
  • 3 TBSP Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 jalepeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 Cup Shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350

  2. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 20 min. Drain, Cool, peel and slice potatoes

  3. Whisk flour and milk in large bowl

  4. Stir in sour cream and peppers

  5. Add potatoes and stir to coat

  6. Pour into 2 qt casserole dish

  7. Bake 25-30 min
