Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushroom caps
- 1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
- 4 Large slices of cheese
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1 TSP Grey poupon
- 4 Sandwich rolls
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 tomato, cut into 8 slices
Directions

Heat grill

Brush tops with 1/2 the dressing

Grill with top sides down for 2-3 min

Brush with remaining dressing

Grill 2-3 more min. until tender

Top with cheese and grill until melted

Mix mayo and mustard; spread on buns

Top with spinach, tomatoes & mushrooms
