Ingredients
- 2 lbs red potatoes
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup Mayo
- 2 TBSP Grey Poupon
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 TBSP Grated parmesean

Prick potatoes with fork, put in a microwaveable container. Add water, cover with lid and microwave on high 10-12 min or until almost tender. Drain and rinse with cold water and then cool.

Cut potatoes into quarters. Mix mayo, mustard and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour

heat grill to medium, thread potatoes onto 8 small metal skewers, brush with mayo mixture. Grill 8-10 min or until tender. turn after 5 min. sprinkle with cheese when done.
