- 2 TBSP Zesty Italian
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1 Zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, hopped
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 TBSP fresh cilantro

Heat dressing, add veggies. cook and stir 8-10 min. Remove from heat.

Stir in cheese and sour cream. cook on medium for 3-45 min or until cheese is melted

Top with bacon and cilantro
