Ingredients
- 3 lb Baby red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup Zesty Italian
- 1 tub Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Creme
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesean
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

Microwave potatoes in water and covered for 12-15 min. Drain. Place in large bowl. Toss with dressing. Refrigerate 1 hour or until cooled. Add remaining ingredients; mix.
