Creamy Beef and Noodle Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cups frozen mixed veggies
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar

Directions

  1. heat oven to 375

  2. Brown meat and onions. Drain. Spoon over uncooked noodles in a 13 × 9 pan. top with veggies. Whisk soup, mild and water until blended. pour over veggies. top with cheese, cover.

  3. Bake 35 min. Uncover last 10 min.
