Creamy Beef and Noodle Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 2 cups frozen mixed veggies
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar

heat oven to 375

Brown meat and onions. Drain. Spoon over uncooked noodles in a 13 × 9 pan. top with veggies. Whisk soup, mild and water until blended. pour over veggies. top with cheese, cover.

Bake 35 min. Uncover last 10 min.
