Ally’s Meat Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 medium onion minced
- 1 tbsp and more of relish
- 1 tbsp and more of plum sauce (ketchup if n/a)
- 1.5 tsp salt
- .25 tsp pepper (or Spike or Mrs Dash etc)
- 2 tbsp onion soup mix
- 2 lb ground beef (lean)
- .5 cup plum sauce (or ketchup if n/a)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- .25 tsp dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350F (180C)

Combine egg, onion, relish, plum sauce, salt, pepper, onion soup mix in large bowl

Add ground beef and oats — mix thoroughly with fingers or wooden spoon

Pack in loaf pan (~ 5″ × 9″)

Combine plum sauce, brown sugar and mustard and spread on top of ground beef
