Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
- 1 16-oz. container sour cream
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Round buttery crackers (about 1 - 1 1/2 sleeves)
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- Poppy seeds
Directions

Layer the cooked chicken on the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Mix together in a separate bowl he sour cream and soup. Spread this mixture over the cooked chicken. Crush up the crackers and layer on top of the soup mixture. Pour melted butter over crackers. Sprinkle poppy seeds over the top (do not omit!).

Bake in a 350 degree oven until crackers are slightly browned. Serve over cooked rice.
