Crispy Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1/2 t. chili powder
- 1/2 t. oregano
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts or 1 broiler-fryer, cut up
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
Directions

Combine first six ingredients. Dip chicken in milk; then roll in cornmeal mixture. Please in greased 13×9 baking pan. Drizzle with butter.

Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes for broiler-fryer or 20-25 minutes for breasts.
