Pork Tenderloin with Apples

Ingredients

  • 1 package pork tenderloins, 1 1/2 to 2 lbs
  • 1 large granny Smith apple (or two small)
  • 1/4 cup applesuce
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)

Directions

  1. Trim excess fat from the pork and slice in 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place pork slices in the slow cooker with the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine.

  2. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours.
