Ingredients
- 1 package pork tenderloins, 1 1/2 to 2 lbs
- 1 large granny Smith apple (or two small)
- 1/4 cup applesuce
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)

Trim excess fat from the pork and slice in 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place pork slices in the slow cooker with the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine.

Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours.
