Stuffed Shells

Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • 2 15 ounce containers ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup colby cheese
  • dash garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 28 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package jumbo pasta shells

Directions

  1. n a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, colby cheese, garlic powder, egg and bread crumbs. Stir until mixed well.

  2. Cook pasta shells; rinse and drain. Stuff shells with 1 tablespoon filling, folding shells over when filled.

  3. Brown ground beef; drain. Mix beef and spaghetti sauce, pour over shells. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-60 minutes or until hot.
