Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 pkg. dry enchilada sauce mix
- 2 10-oz. cans mild enchilada sauce
- 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 12-oz pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- TOPPINGS:
- sour cream
- chopped tomato
- chopped green pepper
- black olives
- salsa
Directions

Brown meat and drain. Mix with dry enchilada sauce mix, enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.

Layer in a 9×13 pan:

1/3 sauce

1/2 tortillas

1/3 cheese
-
repeat ending with cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
