Popcorn balls

Ingredients

  • 75g unsalted butter
  • 100g marshmallows
  • 50g light muscovado sugar
  • 100g freshly cooked popcorn

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat and add the marshmallows and sugar. Stir until melted and combined.

  2. Put the popcorn in a large bowl and pour the marshmallow mixture over the top. Mix together well, then cool a little. Use damp hands to shape the mixture into 10 balls. Set aside on baking paper to dry and set.
