New Year’s Pork Ribs and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 4 lbs sauerkraut
- 1.5 onions, chopped
- 2 red potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 7 bacon strips, chopped
- 2 apples, chopped
- garlic
- paprika
- pepper
- 2 lbs pork ribs
Directions

Rinse sauerkraut

Layer sauerkraut on bottom of glass baking dish.

Layer potatoes, bacon, and apples over sauerkraut. sprinkle a dusting of garlic, paprika, and pepper.

Layer ribs on top with fat side down.

Bake at 375 degrees for 90 minutes.
