Ingredients
- 4 12oz cans beer
- 1 large onion diced
- 10 brats
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Preheat grill med-hih. lightly oil

Combine beer and onion in large pot, bring to a boil. Submerge brats in beer, add red pepper garlic powder, salt and pepper. Redcue heat to med cook 10-12 min. Remove from beer mixture, reduce heat to low and continue to cook onions

Cook brats on grill turn once 5-10 min serve with beer mixture.
