Camp Squash

Ingredients
- 4 Zucchini or Yellow Squash, sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1TBSP Olive Oil
- 1/2c Shredded Mozzarella
- 2TBSP chopped, Fresh Basil
- 2TBSP grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions

Cook squash in oil in large skillet on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 3 minutes more, until crisp-tender.

Remove from heat. Stir in mozzarella and basil.

Sprinkle with Parmesan.
