Herb Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 5cups cut-up assorted fresh fall vegetables (carrots, onions, parsnips, rutabagas, turnips)
  • 1/3cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/3cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 450°F.

  2. COMBINE ingredients.

  3. SPREAD onto bottom of foil-lined 15×10×1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

  4. BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
