Swiss Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/3c Sour Cream
- 1/4tsp Black Pepper
- 16oz Frozen Veggies (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) thawed
- 2.8oz can French Fried Onions
- 1/2c Shredded Swiss Cheese
Directions

Stir soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3c onions and 1/4c cheese in 2qt casserole. COVER.

Bake at 350 for 40 min or until veggies are tender. Stir.

Sprinkle remaining onions and cheese over veggies. Bake for 5 more min.
