Swiss Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/3c Sour Cream
  • 1/4tsp Black Pepper
  • 16oz Frozen Veggies (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) thawed
  • 2.8oz can French Fried Onions
  • 1/2c Shredded Swiss Cheese

Directions

  1. Stir soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3c onions and 1/4c cheese in 2qt casserole. COVER.

  2. Bake at 350 for 40 min or until veggies are tender. Stir.

  3. Sprinkle remaining onions and cheese over veggies. Bake for 5 more min.
