Simple Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash (1-1/2 lb.), cut lengthwise in half, seeded
  • 2slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
  • 2Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
  • 1Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

  1. PLACE squash, cut-sides up, in microwaveable dish; cover with waxed paper.

  2. MICROWAVE on HIGH 12 to 14 min. or until squash is tender. Meanwhile, cook bacon 8 to 10 min. or until crisp, turning occasionally; drain.

  3. CUT squash into wedges; brush with combined syrup and dressing. Crumble bacon; sprinkle over squash.
