Ingredients
- 3TBSP Flour
- 1tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp Celery Salt
- 1/4tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2c Raisins
- 3lbs Chuck, Cut into 2" cubes (Stew Meat)
- 2TBSP Shortening
- 1 16oz can Tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 1/3c Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2c Molasses
- 6-8 Carrots, sliced
- Hot Cooked Rice
Directions

Combine 1st 6 ingredients and sprinkle on beef cubes. Brown cubes in shortening.

Combine remaining ingredients except raisins and carrots and bring to boil. Cover and simmer 2 hours.

Add carrots and raisins and simmer 30 minutes more.

Serve over rice.
