Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated Pizza Crust
- 2 Plum Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
- 4oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (1 cup)
- 2TBSP Parsley, snipped
- 1/2c Ketchup
- 1TBSP Vinegar
- 1tsp Tabasco
- 1/4tsp Salt
- 2 Garlic Cloves, pressed
- 1 1/2c Cooked Chicken, chopped (10oz)
- 1/4c Blue Cheese or Ranch
Directions

eheat oven to 450. Flour baking sheet and roll out pizza dough to edges of sheet.

Core and seed tomatoes, then chop. Chop celery and place tomatoes and celery in bowl. Add cheese and parsley.

In another bowl, combine ketchup, vinegar, Tabasco, salt, and garlic. Chop chicken and add to sauce mix.

Spread chicken mix over dough. Top with cheese mixture.

Bake 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares and drizzle with dressing.
