Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1/2lbs cooked Chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 3TBSP Butter
- 1 can Chile Peppers, chopped
- 1 10oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 4-6oz Sharp Cheddar, shredded
- Tortilla Chips
Directions

Saute onion in butter until golden. Combine with soup and chiles. In bottom of 9" sprayed baking dish, smash enough chicken to cover the bottom. Layer chicken, then sauce, then cheese.

Top with more chips. 350 for 30 minutes.
