Ingredients
- 2lbs Smoked Sausage, cut into 1" pieces
- 3 15oz cans Black Beans, drained
- 1 1/2c chopped Onion
- 1 1/2c chopped Green Pepper
- 1 1/2c chopped Celery
- 4 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 2tsp Thyme
- 1 1/2tsp Oregano
- 1 1/2tsp White Pepper
- 1/4tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
- 5 Bay Leaves
- 8oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1c Water
Directions

Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and transfer to crock pot.

Combine remaining ingredients in crock pot.

Cover and cook on low 8 hours.

Remove bay leaves. Serve over cooked rice.
