Ingredients
- 1/4c Olive Oil
- 3lbs Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 2tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 3/4tsp Salt
- 2lbs Linguine
- 2 cans Italian-style peeled Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4c Tomato Paste
- 2tsp dried Basil
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp and cook 30 seconds. Add garlic, pepper flakes, and 1/4tsp salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until shrimp is curled and pink. With slotted spoon, remove shrimp to bowl.

Meanwhile cook pasta according to package. Drain.

Mix together tomatoes, paste, and basil in pan and bring to a boil. Add salt and cook until thickened.

Add shrimp and heat through. Toss or serve over pasta.
