Meatball Stroganoff

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen meatballs (or 1/2 pkg. mini-meatballs)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • Tabasco, to taste
  • 1 lb egg noodles

Directions

  1. Mix soup, mushrooms, sour cream and pepper in large saucepan. Add meatballs and simmer on medium heat until meatballs are cooked through.

  2. Prepare egg noodles according to package directions.

  3. Taste-test sauce. Add worcestershire sauce and Tabasco to desired taste.

  4. Stir noodles into sauce and serve.
