Yogurt and rose berry layer

Ingredients

  • 300g berries, cleaned thoroughly
  • 1 tsp rosewater
  • 450g pot Rachel's Organic Greek Style Bio-live Natural Yogurt

Directions

  1. Place the cleaned berries in a small bowl and sprinkle with the rosewater. Don’t be tempted to add any more – a little rosewater brings out the flavour of the berries wonderfully but too much makes it taste soapy. Leave to marinate for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally and gently, so as not to bruise the fruit. When you’re ready to serve, take 4 large wine glasses and layer the fruit with the yogurt, leaving a few berries to place on the top. Eat straightaway.
