Maple Cream Bon Bons

Ingredients

  • 1 C butter (no substitutions)
  • 3-1/2 C powdered sugar
  • 3 T Maple flavoring
  • 2 C chopped walnuts
  • 2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 C butterscotch chips

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar and maple flavoring until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and walnutes. Shape into 1 inch balls; Place on wax paper lined baking sheets. Freeze until firm. Melt the chips and dip the balls into the chocolate, please on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until hardened. Store in refrigerator.
