Ingredients
- 1 pack (6oz) onion garlic croutons
- 2c 8oz shredded cheddar
- 1 1/2 c cubed ham
- 4 eggs
- 2 3/4 c milk
- 3/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pack frozen shredded hash browns thawed
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions

Place croutons in greased 3 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with chees and ham.

In large bowl whisk the eggs, 2 1/4 c milk and mustard, pour over ham and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove 30 min prior to baking. Combine soup and remaining milk until blended, spread over casserole. Top with hash browns. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 min or until edges are browned.
