15 Minute Chicken ’N Rice Dinner

- 1 T oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- .5 to .25 tsp paprika and pepper
- 1.5 cups minute white rice, uncooked
- 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
Directions

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through remove chicken from skillet.

Add water, soup, and seasoning; stir. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low for 5 minutes.
