Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c mashed ripe banana
- 1/3 c fat free yogurt
- 5 tblsp butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 ground flax seed
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp all spice
Directions

preheat oven to 350

combine first 4 ingred, beat med speed, add sugars and beat until combined

lightly spoon flour into dry measure, level with knife. Combine flour and next 5 ingred.

Add flour mix to banana mix just until blended.

Pour batter into a 9 – 5 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray

Bake at 350 for 55 min.
