Cheeseburger pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup bisquick
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. brown ground beef, seasoning to taste

  2. layer beef in 9 inch round glass dish

  3. add layer of shredded cheese

  4. in a seperate bowl, combine other ingredients, then pour over cheese.

  5. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes
