Ingredients
- 1/2 C nonfat dry milk
- 1-1/4 C water
- 1/2 C finely chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 T butter, cubed
- 1 tsp chicken boullion granules
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1-1/2 C (6 oz.) shredded swiss or american cheese
- 1/3 C grated parmesan cheese
Directions

In a bowl, combine the milk powder and water; set aside. In a skillet, saute the onion and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in flour and bouillion until blended. Add the ppper sauce and reserved milk; stir until thickened. Stir in cheeses until melted. Serve warm with vegetables or bread
