Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 C chunky salsa
- 1/2 C water
- 8 flour tortillas (6 inches) cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions

In a large skillet, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Add soup, salsa, water, tortillas and 1/2 C cheese. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining cheese.
