Beef Taco Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 C chunky salsa
  • 1/2 C water
  • 8 flour tortillas (6 inches) cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Add soup, salsa, water, tortillas and 1/2 C cheese. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining cheese.
