Ingredients
- 3 large onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 c I can't believe it's not butter (or whatever)
- 2 T beef bullion
- 4 c hot water
- 1 t worchestershire sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella

Brown onions with butter in a large skillet. Once brown, put everything but the cheese in a crockpot on low 4-6 hours.

To serve, melt the cheese over the top of each filled bowl.
