Ingredients
- 5 large peeled and diced potatoes
- 2 large diced onions
- 2 celery sticks, chopped
- 1 stick of butter
- 5 chicken boullion cubes
- 3 c water
- 2 c half and half
- 3 cups milk
Directions

Combine veggies and boullion cubes, butter, and water. Boil until potatoes are soft. Add milk and half and half. Warm, but do not boil.

It goes really well with sourdough bread.
