Ingredients
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 C light corn syrup
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 C chopped pecans
- 1 C semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)
Directions

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, cornsyrup, brown sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into pastry shell. Cover edges with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate leftovers.
