Ingredients
- 1/3 C chopped onion
- 1 T butter or margarine
- 5 C chicken broth
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) fine egg noodles
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) chopped frozen broccoli
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 C milk
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta
Directions

In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onion in butter until tender. Add broth; bring to a boil. Add noodles; reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli and garlic; cook for 4 more minutes. Add milk and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
