Ingredients
- 1 C whipping cream
- 2 T sugar
- 1 pkg (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3 square (1 oz. each) white baking chocolate, melted
- 2 C raspberries or strawberries
Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form; set aside. In another mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add chocolate and beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Alternate layers of mousse and berries in parfait glasses, ending with mousse. Garnish with additional berries. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 hours.
