cranberry cole slaw

Serves 10 peopleIngredients
- 6-8 c. shredded cabbage (red and green is nice)
- 1/4 sweet onion,thinly sliced
- 1 c. dried cranberries
- Dressing
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. canola oil
- 1-2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. whole celery seed
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage,onion and cranberries. Toss to combine.

Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over the slaw,cover, and refrigerate a few hrs. before serving.
