cranberry cole slaw

Serves 10 people

Ingredients

  • 6-8 c. shredded cabbage (red and green is nice)
  • 1/4 sweet onion,thinly sliced
  • 1 c. dried cranberries
  • Dressing
  • 1/3 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c. canola oil
  • 1-2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. whole celery seed

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage,onion and cranberries. Toss to combine.

  2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over the slaw,cover, and refrigerate a few hrs. before serving.
