Ingredients

• 1 pkg (17 oz) fully cooked beef tips in gravy
• 1 pkg prepared mashed potatoes to serve 4
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 c shredded chedder
• 4 cherry tomatoes

Directions

1. Heat beef tips per microwave instructions.

2. Assemble with mashed potatoes and cheese on bottom, then beef tips, then sour cream, and a cherry tomato as the cherry.
