Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 8 slices cut into 1/2 in pieces
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 grated Parmesan
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1 cup peas (fresh or thawed)
Directions

In a large pot of salted boiling water cook spaghetti until al dente, about 8-9 min.

Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of past water

In large sauté pan cook bacon until crisp. Transfer to paper towel lined plate. Drain grease from pan

In a bowl whisk eggs, Parmesan and pepper.

Place pasta in large sauté pan over medium – low heat.

Quickly stir in eggs mixture, peas and bacon and toss to coat, cooking about 1-2 minutes.

Serve immediately with a sprinkle of parmesan
