Ingredients
- 11 Quarts chopped tomatoes
- 3 Cool Whip containers of chopped onions
- 2 Cool Whip containers of chopped Gr. Peppers
- 9 Jalapeno peppers, stems removed and put in blender
- 1/4 C Garlic Powder
- 2/3 C Kosher salt
- 1/2 large container Cilantro
- 1/4 C sugar
- 2/3 C vinegar
- 5 T Parsley
- 5 T Chili Powder
- 5 T cumin
- 6-6 oz. cans tomato paste
Directions

Cook all except for tomato paste for about 45 minutes. Remove 2 collanders full of Salsa to drain some juice. Then add the tomato paste and cook for another 1/2 hour. Can in quart jars. Makes about 12 jars.
