Parmesan Spinach Chicken and Brown Rice Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 cups MinuteĀ® Brown Rice, uncooked
  • 1 bag (6 oz.) fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. HEAT oil in 10" skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet.

  2. STIR soup, water, garlic powder and black pepper in skillet and heat to a boil.

  3. STIR rice, spinach and 2 tbsp. cheese in skillet. Reduce heat to low. Return chicken to skillet. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

  4. COVER and cook 8 minute or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Remove skillet from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 minute before serving.
