Parmesan Spinach Chicken and Brown Rice Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cups MinuteĀ® Brown Rice, uncooked
- 1 bag (6 oz.) fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions

HEAT oil in 10" skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet.

STIR soup, water, garlic powder and black pepper in skillet and heat to a boil.

STIR rice, spinach and 2 tbsp. cheese in skillet. Reduce heat to low. Return chicken to skillet. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

COVER and cook 8 minute or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Remove skillet from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 minute before serving.
