Ingredients
- 8 cups veggie stock
- 1 cup dry lima beans, soaked overnight
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup barley
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tsp thyme
- salt
