Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 carrots, slices
- 1tsp garlic
- 6 cups veggie broth
- 1.5 cups potato chunks
- 1.5 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 14oz can tomato
- 8oz tomato sauce
- 1 can chick peas
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1.5 tsp basil
- 1/2 cup brown rice
Directions

onions, carrots, garlic in 1/4 cup veggie stock, cook on high for 3 mins. Add everyting but rice boil then cover and simmer for 45 mins. add rice cook for 15 more.
