Ingredients
- 3.5-4 lbs rack of pork ribs
- 8oz light corn syrup
- 1/4 lb butter
- 4oz vinegar
- 5-6 large pieces of post oak wood
- red pepper flakes
- coarse ground black pepper
- kosher salt
Directions

Bring smoker to 320 degrees with post oak wood

Mix 2 parts pepper and 1 part salt and rub well into ribs

Smoke ribs for 2 1/2 hours, keeping temperature of smoker at 320 degrees

Boil vinegar, light corn syrup and butter in a large pot and add red pepper flakes (to taste) to make the glaze.
