• Having a hard time finding the right zucchini bread recipe for bread machine? Not any more! This one is so easy and delicious, you'll find yourself wanting to make bread machine recipes all the time. There's nothing like homemade bread - yum!
• Ingredients
• 1 cup zucchini, shreadded
• 1 cup water or whole milk greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 cups bread flour
• 1 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 cup oat flour
• 3 TB's brown Sugar
• 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
• 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
• 1/2 cup raisins

Directions

1. Instructions

2. Place all ingredients in bread machine in order suggested by manufacturer.

3. Use the medium setting, no-raisin/mix cycle.

4. Cool before slicing.
